Preserve Estes Park (PEP) has no problem with the existing zoning. PEP wants sensible decision-making by doing what is best for all of our citizens. Setting a precedent on the handling of re-zoning, including Planned Unit Developments (PUDs), in our Town is crucial to protect all of our rights.

PEP is working to ensure that any zoning changes that may be proposed are ones that make sense to the community at large - and not created to cater to any special interest groups.
